 Preparation of Papers
   Original papers are solicited that have not been presented previously and
 that describe new contributions in the area suggested in the SCOPE. Papers 
should not exceed 4 pages, including all text, references, figures, and tabl
es. Articles should be written in English and sized for A4 paper (210 mm ×2
97mm) with 25 mm margins on all sides of all pages. The title should be cent
ered at the top of the first page. The author’s (or authors’) name and com
plete organizational affiliation, including e-mail address, if possible, sho
uld be two lines below the title. The text should be three lines below the l
ast name and formatted single-spaced and two-column with 8 mm spacing betwee
n columns. The 11-point “Time New Roman” or similar font is recommended.
Paper Submission:
   All submission must be electronic with PDF, PostScript or MS-Word file fo
rmat, hard copies will not be accepted. Please upload your full papers at ou
