Papers need to be submitted using the online submission system available at 
http://www.bibe05.org. Papers that have already been accepted or are currently 
under review at other conferences or journals will not be considered for 
publication at BIBE05. Papers must be written in English and should be limited 
to a maximum of 8 pages in the IEEE 2-column format (see the IEEE Computer 
Society Press Proceedings Author Guidelines at 
http://www.computer.org/cspress/instruct.htm). The papers will be reviewed by 
the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance, originality,significance, and clarity.

The Conference Proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Press.A number of the papers presented at the conference will be selected after reviewprocess for a possible publication in Int. Journal on Bioinformatics Engineering(IJBE) and Int. Journal on AI Tools (IJAIT) journals.
