mathtype中：

preference－－translator －－translation to other language
选择TeX－－Latex 2.09 and later , or ams Latex  or plain latex
根据你不同的公式编译环境选择。
file下的两个方框是转换后的注释选项，可以不选。
然后ok！

在mathtype中输入公式，然后复制、粘贴到tex编辑器中，则已ok！
