常用语句：
The organizers of the swimming meet can decide whether the event shall be with
 the one start rule or the two start rule.
When using the one start rule, any swimmer starting before the starting signal
 has been given shall be disqualified.
When using the two start rule, the starter shall call back the swimmers at the
 first false start and remind them of not starting before the starting signal.
 After the first false start, any swimmer starting before the starting signal 
has been given shall be disqualified.
游泳比赛的主办者可以决定是采取一次出发有效规则还是两次出发有效规则。
当采取一次出发有效规则，任何游泳运动员在出发枪响前抢跳都会被取消比赛资格。
当采取两次出发有效规则时，游泳运动员第一次出发犯规会被出发裁判员召回，并警告她
们不要抢跳。如果运动员第一次犯规厚第二次出发仍然抢跳，则被取消比赛资格。
