I am also very pleased to see your message. What I mean is that there are a lo
t of things that we donot know and cannot control even though we try our best 
or spent all our lives. But all of us are curious about those things, that's o
ur nature. We're always working hard to explore and understand the principles 
of the universe, which make our lives meaningful and wonderful. In the process
 of the exploration, so many things happened and impressed us deeply. Somethin
g are wonderful and excited. And something depresses us so that we have to try
 to forget them. For example, failure of love, the death of relatives/friends,
 .... These things really trouble and puzzle us. It is very difficult to get r
id of their bad influences on us. In other words, they are those things that w
e cannot predict and control. Can you forget your first lover? Can you forget 
your dead relatives/friends? I am sure that you cannot!!! So we will remember 
those things and people for ever despite that we try to forget them. Those thi
ngs/people also encourage us to face up to the future, don't they?

All in all, I agree with you about that we should have an active attitude to o
ur lives, but at the same time, we also should keep something in our minds.
