先看一些事实：
small charm有4种pd的前缀，4种pd的后缀，这样实际上所有pd sc的dam如下
前缀：                                             在游戏内部的表示

从数据中看，
第一：对单个词缀，前面的75，100显然是帧数，帧数/25=sec
第二：后面的数字只能是dam了，似乎是单位时间的dam*10
第三：两个词缀组合的时间为两词缀的时间和，但最大为10，超过10仅取10
     dam=(前缀单位时间dam+后缀单位时间dam)*总时间
