好不容易把application fee 给defer掉，现在鬼子这样说：

Since we deferred your application fee, we do require the Official
copies of GRE and TOEFL scores.  We will hold your application in an
"incomplete" status until they arrive.

正么办？让ETS寄成绩吗？到时鬼子再来：Since we received your Official copies of 
...., We still require your application fee....

那不是要吐雪。
