To address what you can and will do, you need to have a repertoire of anecdo
tes and examples that prove your competence, experience, knowledge and abili
ties. Using specific names, dates, times, places and numbers will lend credi
bility to all of your responses. This will be especially essential in behavi
oral interviews.
During an interview, present your achievements using the P-A-R format bullet
ed below. Identify a P-A-R story for each of the skills required for the pos
ition. Remember to use this format to give a complete and concise illustrati
on:
In one or two sentences, describe what the PROBLEM was.
In two to three sentences, explain your ACTIONS in response to the problem.
Finally, use a short, punchy sentence that clearly expresses the RESULT, or 
the benefit to the company.
You will need examples to prove every skill and attribute you claim
