The first time you do something it is tougher and less refined than the 100t
h time you do it. Therefore, it is important that you practice interview sit
uations to give you more confidence when approaching the real thing. Practic
ing also allows you to pinpoint any problem areas that need additional prepa
ration. The links below are sample interview questions that you might encoun
ter while searching for a job. As you read each question, pretend you are in
 a real interview and answer the questions out loud. Remember, it is importa
nt that the practice is identical to the actual performance. Do not just thi
nk about the answer that you would provide during an interview, as this is m
uch easier than constructing and stating a coherent sentence. Go through eac
h interview set a few times. You will definitely feel the benefits of practi
ce as you get used to answering questions. Your answers will be more fluent 
which will allow your confidence to show.
Don't forget to use the four basic principles:
Listen to the questions;
Take time to think;
Give concise answers;
Use positive information
