You must contact the Prof.XXX as quickly as possible.
For in the USA,it is the Prof. that determine whether to admit you
or not, and as the same time, the Prof will send scholarship.
So,you can e-mail the Prof. and give a more detail description
of youself ,and you may be admitted.
In my viewpoint,you had better go to the web site of the
faculty where the Prof is and konw something about him.
If you have money, phone him anyway
