我现在没有消息的学校还包括UTexas at Austin and UMCP

Our admissions committee likes you very much and Dr.*** also rates you
highly.  We have a great group of faculty and students dealing with
e-commerce, web services, and agents (among other topics).  Our
students all publish well and usually publish before they graduate.
I think you will be successful here and step to greater success in
your job after you complete your PhD here.  Btw, Dr. XXX joined
here two years ago after declining an offer from U MN.
Accordingly, I would like to offer you financial aid from a new
National Science Foundation (NSF) project dealing with tools for
protocols among agents with applications in web services and
e-commerce.

My main requirement is that you personally commit to completing your
PhD with me.  If you work diligently, I think the process should take
3 or 3.5 years.  You will have to convince your committee that your
work is good, but that is usually not a problem, because we would have
published articles before you present to the committee.
You can work in industry or academia when you graduate - I help my
students as much as possible in getting jobs.  Also our region has a
lot of high-tech companies - IBM, Cisco, Nortel, Ericsson, and several
others.

If you agree to the above, I will ask the department to send you an
official offer.  The offer will include a stipend, full tuition, and
healthcare.
