it should be Korea Advanced Inst. Sci. & Tech. (KAIST)
one of the best university in Korea, I mean, at least top 3
KAIST, POSTEC, SEOUL
As for scholarship, around 3k for postgraduate program.
No tuition fee for every stud.
a research-oriented education instruction.
