一个在Umass的同学绍介了该校住房，花费的简单情况，贴出来和将赴该校的难友们共享！

On-campus job is very easy to find. But the salary is low, about $5.5/hour. 

You only need about $400/month here. House rent: $250/month. Living cost：

150/month. I suggest you to send an Email to the following address:
 
cssa-net-request@student.umass.edu to ask them sign your Email address on 

the net(This is a distribution address of Chinese Student Association).

After you are signed on, you can send Email to the address and ask for 

several roommates....you can come here and rent an apertment. 2 bedroom

+1 livingroom+1 kichen room+ 1 restroom: $700/month, except local phone, 

electricity fee and cable fee(about $90/month).

I guess you will find a lot of students will come UMASS. Then you can try

to buy group air-ticket. The destination is: Bradley Airport,

Connecticut, which is closer to our campus than Boston. If you can come

here together, you can ask our Chinese Student Association to pick you

up from the airport. Otherwise, you have to take PeterPan, which is

expensive and inconvenient.

但是，呜呜--我到现在也没找到大部队啊！去Umass的，赶快在BBS上露一脸吧！
