This program is a professional development format with one-day sessions for mid-level managers in need of understanding environmental laws and regulations and how to incorporate the knowledge for managerial purposes. Students complete 6 required courses
and choose electives for a total of 58 hours of class time and receive a certificate.

The Industrial/Organizational Program includes the study of organizational behavior and the more traditional areas of human resources and industrial psychology. The program combines a grounding in theory and scientific methods that relate to the study
