I am a student in USA. I know it is tough to get offers this year.
Here are some of my suggestions.
1. Contact with your departments and individual professors to request offers
. Any kinds! It can be Teaching Assistantship, Research Assistantship, Fello
wships, and "Graduate Assistantship"-will be responsible for the departmenta
l adminstrative jobs (if available). REMEMBER, DON'T TELL THEM YOU CANNOT CO
ME WITHOUT THEIR OFFERS. Otherwise, they may "CANCEL" your admissions.
2. Contact with the Chinses Student Association (you can search this form th
e school website) for the help. They may know some useful information about 
any kinds of available jobs.
3. Search the school website to find out if there is any job available for s
tudents.
4. If 1,2,and 3 are of no use, contact the department again and tell them yo
u CANNOT come WITHOUT their offers. At this stage, it works like "giveing me
 the offers" or "withdrawing my offers". It might work. If they still cannot
 give you the offers and want to withdraw your offers, then you are DONE wit
h this school.
