F YOU ARE AN APPLICANT FROM CHINA, HONG KONG, KOREA, OR TAIWAN, PLEASE
READ THE FOLLOWING NOTICE:

Because of the security breaches in the ETS computer-based 
administration
of the Graduate Record Exam (GRE), we will not accept computer-based 
GRE
scores from applicants in these countries. If you are an applicant 
from
one of the above mentioned countries, you must make arrangements to 
take
one of the new paper-based GRE exams in order to be considered for
admission to any of the GSIA Ph.D. programs that require the GRE. 
There
will be no exceptions to this ruling.

APPLICATION DEADLINE - All application material is due by February 1, 
2003.
