My solution:
(0) Think it over and over is her really worth while all your efforts.
remember, Love is not everything.
(1) If you really want, persuade her to go with you, tell her the 
difficulties you two must be faced with.
(2) Consider her ability of survival in a foreign country. Some one don't 
want to go abroad just 'cause she can't find her niche there. If she can't, 
better leave her alone.
(3) Get the unanimous support from her family and your family. That will 
depends on procedure(2)
(4) Prepare for her futher. eg. GRE,TOEFL.......... or Tell her you two must 
stop.....
