If you wish to report your TOEFL/TSE scores to an institution or agency,
you must submit your request with the appropriate payment.  The fee for
regular service is US$11 (US$12 in Canada) for each listed institution or
agency.  Rush service requires an additional charge of US$20 (US$22 in
Canada).  Regular service request scores are mailed within two weeks after
receipt of your request and payment.  Rush service request scores are
mailed within four business days after receipt.
If you have a VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit card, you may fax
your request  to 609-771-7500.  Provide your full name, date of birth,
registration number, test date, test center, credit card number and
expiration date, and the type of service you are requesting (rush or
regular service).  You may also telephone your request to 888-863-3544 (
outside the Unites States call 609-771-7267)  Please have your credit card
number and expiration date available at the time of your call..  Requests
made by telephone are rush service only.
