You are right.
a lot of their deadline is at Jan.
But if you have time , you should try this.
For example, this year's sub is Nov 6th,
You can get the score by phone-query at about Dec 6th,
then send out your material in which indicted that
you will send office report of sub later.  In this way
you can meet the deadline and have the sub score.
