The University of Tenessee has
already applied the H-1 visa
for me from February of 2000.
The INS has already charged me the
application fee. The University
of Missouri had also applied the
H-1 visa for me from December 1st,
1999 to January 31st 2000, but the
INS has not charged me the
application fee. Can a person
apply for two H-1 visas at the
same time from different INS?


ANSWER: A person can apply for two H-1Bs
concurrently by two different
employers. You can choose to use
either approval when both or either
one is approved.
