皆为国企工作，难道直说从黑市换来的。
When you apply a Student Visa, the officer of embassy do not mind what kind 
of currency do you have, RMB, USD, AUD or something else. They only want to 
know three points: firsly, how many money do you have; secondly, all of thes
e money are owned by yourself; thirdly, how do you earn these money.

I took almost three months to wait for PAV, and took more than one month to 
process other thing including the Visa.
leave out at least 4 to 5 months on visa application.
theratically speaking, pva takes 12 weeks and visa takes half a month. howev
er, you should be ready to wait for at least three months and a half for pva

actually it is not necessary to notarize your deposit. original certificate 
from the bank, copy of the passbook and bank slip, and an explanation letter

1,一般来说，签证根据你的课程来定。
2，工作许可有时签证时直接给，有时需要你过去以后自己呈请，交50澳元，这很容易。
工作许可给就给，不给也无所谓，很少有听说非得在国内申请一个的。
3，只要你去了，都很容易留下来，特别象你学计算机的，移民还有加分，但申请工作签
证的并不多，因为比较麻烦，大部分都是先续学生签证。如果学的专业可以,毕业后是可
以留下来的。很多人毕业后都留了下来，特别是学计算机的。似乎过几年才移民。
申请表中的所有内容都要用英文填写。自己的介绍如实填写。家庭收入来源说明一定要
做的好。

if you have met the all of the requirments of uni.,you could get the CE with
in one to half a month. the requirment means you should follow the direction
 of the uni. you applyed.it is hard to say what need or not for difference o
f personal problem and university.

4。凭正式的录取通知书申请护照。
5。把护照和体检表，录取通知书一并寄往澳驻华大使馆，申请正式的签证。
Take it easy. Obviously, you can't get your student visa in time. Australian
 Embassy will approve your visa 28 days in advance
the next semester. They don't refuse your applicaiton because of their reaso
n. Currently you must get the new letter of offer from
that university and send it to Embassy. If lucky, you can come here in July.
 Some universities only provide one semester enrolment,you have to wait for

ugh you provide the new letter of offer to the embassy, they don't give you 
visa this time. As you will enrol the university next year. They will approv

In my opinion,if your tuition fee and life fee is totally rmb250,000, you'd 
better prepare rmb300,000 deposit in bank.the reason is following,
1. rmb250,000 doesnot include the 2-way air ticket,or some emergency expense
 in astralia.
2. if you only show embassy the deposit of rmb250,000,the embassy will take

1.母亲的姓名当然要填,见证人可以找任何人,因为在外国签名是具有法律效力的。
2.你自己看着办,如果你是自己担保,可以填少一点,无所谓.如果是你父母担保,我想填多
一点还是有必要了.还有你要确定你能开出那么多的证明。
unsw学费太贵,不过的却名声比较好.所以虽然本人已在悉尼大学就读了一段,我还是转了
过来.唯一的缺点是交通不便,一如麦加里大学.我每天不得不火车转汽车.每天路上得花
费两个半钟头.不过大部分学生都这样.除非你比较有钱.因为unsw比邻海滩,所以房价比
较贵.
通讯地址有变动,可以通知使馆更改吗? 这对申请有没有影响啊? 如果不改呢?

对于你的申请没有什么大的影响，只是可能你的受理时间会变长。其实我认为如果你的
改变内容没有什么重要的东西，不会改变受理时间，我改了地址后，受理的时间好像没
有减慢。
I can't give you an exact sum of money,there are so many kind of tickets.Som
e of them are charged by times and distance ,and some by week .The common us
ed tickets is $26/pw,it can travel most part of the city(by bus,train,ferry)
.If u live near the Uni,u can choose ticket by times, $9.5/10times and a lot

通过PVA的信,上面明白写着"when you receive official confirmation of enrolment
 from the educational provider,you should send it to this office with..." 正
式签证必须要COE原件,签证后使馆会将护照,COE及TOEFL原件退还给你.when you regis
ter in the unive, you should show your COE.
按中国银行规定，只要有签证、护照、身份证、单位或政府或街道的证明信、学校的Of
fer(包括学费繁荣package)的原件及复印件，就可以在银行直接以官价兑换所需学费、
保险费及相当于2000美金的澳元。
让在澳洲的朋友先帮交学费，然后等签证拿到后，再去外汇管理局兑换，带去还。出境
要准备外汇携带证。
去读书的不用验血查乙肝。
如果存单的存期为六个月，转存之后如何才能说服澳领是超过六个月呢？

从广州去悉尼航班，周一、五各一班，国航747，晚上飞。国航目前的价格是RMB5260。

UNSW在海滨，附近的房租很贵；悉尼冬天不冷，夏天不热，好像用不着棉衣；早去能比
较好找房子，差别很大的。还有在澳千万别尝试自行车(very dangerous)；上网自己交
费，不过不贵。

Embassy如果你学历有问题，查学校；单位意见有问题，查单位；存款有问题，查存款。
ask something about the documents you applied. Work ewperience. deposit.
PVA已过，但由于签证速度太慢而错过了开学时间。可以该PVA加上同一所学校的下一学
期开学通知书，及体检证明，CEO，去向使馆申请正式签证。
存款担保中牵扯到股票只有坏处没有好处。

PVA通过之后不可以动用存款。
Embassy根据提交的资料打电话查。若材料看起来没有漏洞，又没有变更过，应该不会查
的。
出境卡不过期。
学校的确认信大约半个月就可以收到，费用和体检越早越好。一定多打电话多发传真，

飞机上你会被告知，申报药品或食品“DICLARE IT OR DUMP IT”也就是说，大不了查出
来后丢掉。最好在出海关前避开警犬，如果真的被发现，告诉他们你真的不知道不能带
，使馆没有告诉你，飞机上你一直睡觉，积极配合他们将所有违禁品拿出。。。总之，
做“坏事”就是这样的。申报了就会被丢掉，只要是国产的药物和食品。不让带生活必
须药品，在海关还是他们说了算，不要和他们争执。反正在澳洲会有保险“MediBank" 
。
大使馆只退回TOEFL/IELST的原件。
使馆要求的是银行开出的存款证明,及存款单或者存折等原始存款记录的公证本。
I think you have not only one choice of paying your tuition. You can pay by

明年2月入学的，PVA的时候是7月，那时已经毕业了。你只需要提供你认为对你有用的证
明就可以.如果到时候无业,相关证明可以由街道办事处开或者档案接收地开. 关键不是
你有没有工作,而是你的财产证明够不够你支付学费,只要存款够,使馆不会为难你的。而
对工作人员也不是每人都查,只是你的材料有疑点或者不清楚的时候使馆才会查的。

一般医生会在你所有项目都过关后才会把体检表寄到使馆。如果医生什么都没问你, 可
以认为你过关了。

护照会在签证后,通过挂号信寄还你。
一些常规的体检，如视力，体重，血压，心跳，尿检什么的，但不用抽血。
抽血查肝功及爱滋，身高，体重，心率，血压，肝脏，视力，耳鼻喉，皮肤，验尿，拍

去检查时带一张照片, 可以吃早饭。
便宜的医院并不好。

交的是COE原件，签证寄给的时候，COE一块儿寄回来。CEO will send back to you.
携带USD4000以上需要申报，不过很多人都是不申报多带的现金的。可以向中行询问，听
说可办“携币证”，费用不是很高。
交学费
你需要自己先兑换美圆。然后到当地人行外管处办理外汇汇款手续。再到中行办理汇票
。汇票办好之后。用特快转递寄往学校即可，但别忘了在信中附上你的姓名和学号。
换汇后再交保证金然后到外管处搞批文。搞到批文后再到中国银行买汇票就可以了。有
外管处的批文就不存在限额的问题。 到外管处办理国际汇款批文就可以一张汇款单汇出
。
有入学通知人行指定的银行交一定的保证金。外管处就会给你批文。外管处只有在你拿
到正式签证后才退给你保证金和给你换一年的学费和生活费。外管局要有正式签证才可
以换汇。
是需要正式签证才可以换到官价外汇。但你需要先交学费才可以拿到正式签证。所以你
必须自己换外汇。如果你自己有就更好了。换好外汇后，你只要拿着你的入学通知书的
复印件到外管处说明情况并按规定交纳一定的保证金。外管处就会给你批问的。
最好用一张汇票。因为两张汇票的手续费可能会高一些而且也不方便。拿到签证可以到
外管处换一年的学费和生活费。
体检不验血。
把大使馆的PVA通过信及学校的acceptacne letter，加上授权书电传给国外的亲戚直接
交学费。
存款证明－直接向存款所在银行提出申请,使馆的文件包中有一张向银行申请的说明。
抵达澳洲以后，请到离你最近的我国领事馆或使馆去办理护照登记。这样既可保证你的
护照在使馆有档可查，万一遗失或失窃，也便于申请补发。

2。将体检表和COE寄到使馆后，他们会重审你的学历和经济担保。
3。这是COE。须将第一学期的学费和医疗保险费付给学校，他们才会发给你COE。
4。体检表。COE。护照都到使馆后，你要做的就是等了！

如果是一万澳元以下的cash，最好做一个外汇携带证。一万澳元以上，做汇票带出去。

签证官在PVA后，还要终审，重新就资金和学历方面进行查询。
外管局要你的入学通知书复印件就会给你批文的。他们是根据你的通知书上的学费批给
你。你可以一张汇票汇走。
FULL OFFER LETTER，PVA，外管局批额度，银行，用RMB 按牌价换外汇，无正式签证，
外管局30%押金。
只要多拿几张身份证去就可以了，中行的规定可以解释为一张身份证每天的限额是USD2
000。
审批时间是三个月，从确认信上所写的日期算起。
去年11月底递上的PVA材料，今年3月初通过予评估，4月底递上签证材料，5月底签出。

延迟到下个学期，会重发offer，若现在在等pva，就不用重办pva了。等pva过后，交学
费，收到COE，就可以签证了。

能不打电话。一般情况下使馆是怀疑哪项查哪项。
只要确定使馆收到材料就好（如问速递公司）。

For me,it took about five monthes to get PVA passed.(there are so many holid
ays during these time ,Christmas,Easter day)After I sent the passport and CO

According to my experience, There is no serious problem in your deposit. Sin
ce you have provided copy of your deposit receipt, back account certificate,
 interest bill, that's enough for which Australian Embassy required. Deposit
 with stamp is not necessarily needed.

2 2000年3月23日大使馆发出pva；
3 2000年4月17日参加体检并寄往大使馆；
4 2000年5月8日寄出CEOs；

我没有收到大使馆的电话告诉我签证是否OK。我是直接收到邮局的通知的。
I'm afraid an PVA application with a conditional offer will get rejected. Le
t me tell what,a conditioned offer means that an educational institution wil
l offer u a position ONLY IF their condition(s) can be satisfied. It is most
 likely that,from the visa officers' perspective,u won't be able to meet the
 university's requirements and will be refused from furthering ur education.

到外管局申领外汇,用学校给你的学费说明去申请, 一般是一年的学费和生活费, 如果没
有说明生活费是多少的话, 就只能换学费了. 护照签证，及证明第一年学费的材料。没
有生活费证明就不能换生活费。

4月15日收到大使馆来信，说材料已收到。
6月24日收到消息，PVA已通过。( not receive yet)
after u finish ur body check,u need to pay ur tuition fee and wait for the C
OE coming and prepare passport.......if the uni mail the COE to u,u have to 
wait at least 10 days to get it......
after u have all the documents done,forward them to the embassy,then u will 
get the visa in 2-3 weeks or sooner....but if ur semester is next year,it is
 hard to tell.....
ask for a notarial relationship document to prove ur parent are willing to s
upport ur tuition fee with such money.

2nd PVA
You need to prepare all documentations except your TOEFL result(Australia Em
bassy will return it to you when your application is refused.). You need to 
email your university and tell them the postponement, thus, they will mail y
ou a new offer. If you didn't make copies for your notarial documentations, 
you should consult with notarization section.
PVA过后没有听说过被拒的，不过有听说过PVA后6个月才拿到正式签证的。一般提前一个
多月。

2月3日寄出pva表；
2月19日考IELTS，3月29日收到成绩单6.5;
3月20日收到大使馆file number：002/588
5月23日通过pva;
6月3日收到pva（我在成都）；
6月5日将学费汇票EMS到UOW，
6月7日到重庆体检；
6月9日递交护照申请到成都出入境管理局，6月15日拿到护照；
6月19日收到学校的COE；
6月19日将护照和COE寄出到大使馆；
6月26日大使馆签证并寄出；
7月1日收到签证。

使馆一般是在开学前一个月给签证的。
使馆的每封信都有签名的，签证官。
PVA过了还要查银行存款 。
资金证明至关重要，一定会回国.。
申请签证需要：体检结果，COE，护照
拿CEO提交：学费、签字的ACCEPTANCE OFFER、批准PVA的PAPER
学历必须要公证，学校证明不可以。
After you hand in your tuition fees, your educational provider will give the

学计算机的最好带上有关C和C++的参考书和库函数，准备到澳大利亚再买电脑的可以考
虑在国内买笔记本。这里的笔记本电脑还是挺贵的。澳洲上网特便宜，每次电话费25分
，上网费可选择每月$25全包的，<300MB。
记住带上一个扁头三相的多用插线板！
国内的手机带过去，买个SIM卡可以用。

留学带汇旅行支票和汇票都好，现金带一点就好了，多了麻烦又不安全。

r to have the same advantages as a holder of cash. Since travellers cheques 
are protected from the results of loss or theft, I think most of travellers 
prefer carrying them to carrying cash. Usually the new cheques will be issue
d within 24 hours if cheques are stolen or lost, in general, the bank charge
s commission from 0.5 percen to 1.5 percent. So you can say that travellers 
cheques is kind of draft(汇票）. In china, if any person want to change fore
ign exchange to support the tuition and living expense only can effect the b
usiness in Bank of China, it was said that if you want to change dollor more

学校在收你的学费同时会要求你出示PVA的复印件或传真件,汇款不用OFFER原件的.知道
地址和帐号就行了.
在正式签证到手之前不要动担保存款.
通过境外的朋友交学费快些,国内通过中行电汇,应该3天内就可以到帐.
体检表是医院直接寄给使馆,护照和COE用特快专递寄就可以了.
It's unnessary to certified all your income. To be granted visa, embassy req
uires not less than 300krmb deposited at least six month. In my opinion, mak
e your 300krmb deposit sound, that's OK.
公证时公章的问题根本不用担心，可在外找单位盖章，没人会查，绝对没问题。
PVA过后
凭护照去翻译OFFER LETTER（可加急）；凭译件和正件去中行付保证金，再去外汇局批
件；再去中行换汇，开汇票付学费和OSHC；收到学校的COE后，与护照一起送使馆。不可
以先用自己的外汇交学费，拿到COE送签后再去换外汇。因为向中行换的澳元会被强行开
汇票/电汇算充当学费，你根本看不到现钞，到时你只能交两份学费了。
外汇存款(丙汇)和外币存款：若是外汇则没有汇出限制但一天不能超过一万美金,外币则
是最多2000美金.
用交押金的办法，你向中行换来的澳元只能被用来交学费（幸运的话可以换到生活费，
只要你的OFFER LETTER上开列了生活费项目），而且澳元一换来必须马上汇往澳洲学校
当学费（电汇/汇票），所以你看不到花花绿绿的钞票，只看到汇款单而已，换句话说，
澳元没有入你的口袋而直接发往学校。最好别用你自己的澳元汇款，除非你想交两次学
费。可以在拿到签证后再去直接向中行换2000美圆。

乐，到你时，报上你的file no.和名字。
基本上拒签理由都是资金不足。
拿着存折和身份证去开户行就行了。存款证明是中英文对照的。记住：必须存折本人去
。
可以先不用学位证明,最好可以让系里写个简短的证明,证明你可以准时毕业且能拿到学
位.不过你的PVA材料可以在你毕业前1到2月递先排队,然后立刻在你拿到毕业及学位证后
去做公证,然后补进去。
The service of Australian banks are great. If you have great amount of money
, you'd better deposit as a long term deposit. The interest rate here are re
ally high!!(6.9% for one year. and 6.5% for six months). But you can't withd
raw your money until it is matured. That means you cannot use ATM. If you wa
nt to apply for a ATM access card, just deposit you money as Huo Qi, but not
 interest. For long term deposit, choose ANZ. For Huo Qi, choose St. George.

准备好汇票，通过PVA的信和表格，传真给学校，同时告知原件已用快递寄出，要求收到
传真件后准备COE用传真发出，也就是所谓的ECOE。结果学校一切照办，两天后好象甚至
还没收到原件就把ECOE传过来了。
电汇telegraphic transfer
签证所需文件中，最重要的就是经济担保方面的文件。简单的说，学生首先必备的一个
条件是，必须要有足够的经济担保(主要指存款)支付学生完成所有课程的费用(包括学费
、生活费、来回机票及零花钱等)。除此之外，还需提供相应的文件，证明这笔存款是担
保人的。存款证明，只能证明在某段时间内，某人名下有这么多的存款。而签证官所要
你证明的是，在你名下的这笔存款，全部是你自己积攒的存款，而不是靠亲戚给予或朋
友赞助的。这就需要出示你的各项收入的来源证明来证明这一点。同时也可以提供(除存
款以外的)其它固定资产，以证明自己的经济实力。
除了经济担保的文件做得充分之外，其它的必备文件同样也很重要。在你所有的文件当
中，你必须得体现出最重要的一点--“你是一名真正去读书的学生”。它的含义包括：
你现在的状况，有出国留学的需要；你有能力(包括语言、经济等各方面的能力)出国留
学，不是以留学为借口而去国外打工；你读完书后一定回国，不会留在澳洲。
