Senior Manager Seeking Letter
Dear :
Now that I have successfully completed the financial
turnaround of Robertson Manufacturing, I am seeking
a managerial position in the accounting/finance/MIS
field. As my MBA area of emphasis is Management
Information Systems, a position that utilizes my 17
years' accounting experience in combination with
management of computer systems would be ideal.
I am particularly interested in a company that has
grown large enough to be professionally managed.
Since I prefer not to relocate, a company headquartered
in Ft. Collins is most desirable.
My resume shows that I enjoy challenge and responsibility.
While I am looking for a steady permanent position,
I am not seeking an unnoticeable niche in a huge
bureaucracy. Since I am willing to travel, extensively
if need be, perhaps the ideal position for me may be
as a member of a consulting firm. I plan to take the
CPA examination in l996, after receiving my MBA from
D.U.
Finally, my desired salary minimum is $40,000 per year.
I would consider a lower starting salary for the right
position.
