How to apply financial aid?
Dear Dr. Julia Higle:
   Happy new year first!
   I am caleb, the graduate student from "Northwesetern
University, "Chicago",P.R.China.I want to apply to your IE graduate
program for the fall term, 1999.
   I was delighted to hear that I was admitted to your program on Dec 28,
1998. Marty Gawlik told me this good news. She(he?) also recommended me
to contact you for the financial aid.
   Could you tell me when and how your staff or commitee members make
the decision? What should I do? Should I need to contact specific staff
member or just wait until you make the decision?
   Your prompt reply will be highly appreciated!
