根据比较权威的http://www.whatis.com定义，E-Commerce是：
E-commerce (electronic commerce or EC) is the buying and
selling of goods and services on the Internet, especially the World
Wide Web.
而E-Buisiness的定义是：
"e-business" ("electronic business," derived from such terms as
"e-mail" and "e-commerce") is the conduct of business on the
Internet, not only buying and selling but also servicing customers
and collaborating with business partners. 

因此，E-Business的定义广泛得多，就“电子商务”来说，也准确得多。

建议改改版名
