现在比较常用的是BP(back propagation)neural networks .but for its static
characteristics,it cannot predict in a dynamic system.so many people
has create some ways,e.g.time delay neural networks
recurrent networks,and some others.Today ,the most famous is recurrent
networks.I think you  can use it .I am not familiar with this kind of
networks now,but i have been studying it recently.
